Several years ago Ann Sieg wrote two e-books, The 7 Great Lies of Network Marketing and The Renegade Network Marketer. When both e-books hit the internet not many understood what she was talking about. You see MLM and network marketing were based on cold calling and buying expensive leads and approaching everyone within a three foot radius.

Lead Generation the Correct Way

When Ann realized that she was making more and working less at lead generation and having people call her to join her MLM she knew that she was on to something.

She knew that cold calling and continually buying expensive leads and going to opportunity meetings was just not going to last. This type of business model was not only unsustainable but not productive.

So, Ann went about producing her e-books and now wants to share her insight and experiences with you by giving you an opportunity to not only save money but recieve more than just an e-book.

Then I came across a profound e-book by Ann Sieg that nearly jolted me out of my seat.  It was the wake up call but still I didn't know where to begin.  Computer skills were marginal and the information seemed way above my head. 

Somehow I found Mike Klingler.  I liked him from the very beginning mainly because I understood how to do things by the fashion in which he was teaching it, step by step.  He even was using Ann Sieg e-book the Renegade Network Marketer, that made it all the better.  Now I could use this better too.  

One thing that I truly like about Suze Orman is that she is a straight shooter and truly that is something that we all need in these confusing times.

As many continue to scramble, trying to find the answers to what is going on in our economic meltdown, Suze keeps her head and advises us to keep ours and to CLEAN up our acts. 

Like our government many have used their credit cards to buy things and do things that they may never have had the means otherwise to do.  We have all overextended ourselves to some point.  Even on the show, I saw people with accounting backgrounds that were in way over their heads. 

Why you ask? 

Because we have learned to say, "well we can do this because we can pay it off in a year."  or "I can't bare to say NO to them.  We can do this."  These are all emotional triggers.  It's almost like overeating and not being able to stop because you can start your diet on Monday.

Well, as Suze puts it, it is our MONDAY.

Timing is Everything.

Robert spoke of the many valuable lessons that his "Rich Dad"  taught him and how he is living his life now and how he is sharing, once again, what we need to be doing in our lives to thrive in this economic downturn.

The call was at 4:00 pm PST, and we were told to be on the call early because there were only 1500 spots.  So I called in at 3:50 pm.  I had to chuckle because it was just mayhem on the line.  I got to thinking, "Is this the first conference call some of these people have been on?"

There was allot of soliciting going on and as Mike Klingler teaches in the Renegade University, "there is an attractive way of marketing and then a not so attractive way of marketing." Well there was so much shouting and confusion.  I was thankful that Mike Dillard came on and muted things and started some music.  At one point he asked that people on the line that were yelling out their opportunity, to get off.  "They were Not Cool."

A little side trip there.....Anyway,, once that all settled down he introduced Robert Kiyosaki and Kelly Ritchie and off they went.  Here is what I wrote down, and I hope that you will find all this so interesting as well.

When the "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" was written, Robert calculated that Lehman Bros. and AIG would go under and that the stock market would crash.  This was about 12 years ago.  Of course, everyone thought that he was crazy.  Well I know that we are listening now. 

I first became aware of the Renegade Network Marketer while I was heavily involved in another MLM business that was not producing the expected returns after months of hard work and lots of investment dollars. Sound familiar? Well it hit me like a ton of bricks!

It was an introduction to new ideas and new ways of doing business on the Internet that I didn't know existed. You see, the other MLM had everything from lead generation to processing payments already set up, so all I had to do was ‘duplicate’ my mentor’s business model. Unfortunately, my attempts to duplicate someone else’s success model fell short at meeting my own personal success standards.

Searching for an answer to my disappointment, I bought and read Ann Sieg's e-book, then, tried to continue to recuperate the investment I’d made in the other MLM. I found myself just going through the motions of chasing down leads and racking my brain as to how else I might be able to sell a huge internationally distributed product in a way that no one has ever thought of before!

Don’t get me wrong. I loved (and still use) the product in my home and in my business. I just couldn't understand why I was meeting so much rejection in the open market. I’d had over twenty years of previous brick and mortar-type business experience, but the on-line business world was so much different! How could I differentiate myself and my business in this relatively new global marketplace?
