The Renegade Network marketer

I first became aware of the Renegade Network Marketer while I was heavily involved in another MLM business that was not producing the expected returns after months of hard work and lots of investment dollars. Sound familiar? Well it hit me like a ton of bricks!
It was an introduction to new ideas and new ways of doing business on the Internet that I didn't know existed. You see, the other MLM had everything from lead generation to processing payments already set up, so all I had to do was ‘duplicate’ my mentor’s business model. Unfortunately, my attempts to duplicate someone else’s success model fell short at meeting my own personal success standards.
Searching for an answer to my disappointment, I bought and read Ann Sieg's e-book, then, tried to continue to recuperate the investment I’d made in the other MLM. I found myself just going through the motions of chasing down leads and racking my brain as to how else I might be able to sell a huge internationally distributed product in a way that no one has ever thought of before!
Don’t get me wrong. I loved (and still use) the product in my home and in my business. I just couldn't understand why I was meeting so much rejection in the open market. I’d had over twenty years of previous brick and mortar-type business experience, but the on-line business world was so much different! How could I differentiate myself and my business in this relatively new global marketplace?
Well, Ann Sieg’s Renegade Network Marketer e-book punched huge holes in the other MLM business model, and hit me smack in the face with facts that I knew (in the back part of my brain) were all too true. I was simply spending too much money on leads that didn't want to hear from me, and becoming more and more desperate as I watched my investment slipping right down the drain.
The Business Model was OLD and I really needed to do something else before I went even further into the depths of despair and discontent, and lost even more of my investment dollars.
Believe it or not, even after being really impressed with Ann’s e-book, I did nothing with the information that Ann was giving me for about 6 months. You know why? Even though I knew I had to make a change, I was afraid to make the emotional leap out of my comfort zone with a company that gave me everything I needed. Why would I want to go and learn how to build a website? That was way beyond my technical ability and I thought I’d never be able to learn how to do that without having to go back to college!
So I kept going, losing more and more money.
Like all Great messages, Ann's e-book kept gnawing at me and through the gentle prodding of a mentor, I looked into the Renegade University and was surprised and pleased to learn that the Renegade e-book was indeed the course book. I ventured slowly and cautiously into the University only to realize that I needed a refresher course in the Renegade Network Marketer! Think about it, it’s the course book and is a high quality reference tool to be read over and over because there are so many great tips and techniques, on so many levels, that no one can grasp every one of them during a single read. So I did, and I do, re-read and refer to the book often.
WOW, so many things began to make sense to me that I had been denying or overlooking as being important. All along I was thinking the Renegade Network Marketer could be another business opportunity, when, in actuality, Ann was just trying to help me find a SOLUTION to my miserable state of MLM.
I began to think of how much of this valuable information Ann had shared. I appreciated the value of her information… and it didn’t really cost anything! So, I took the next conservative, low-cost step to become involved in the Renegade University, and I began to re-think about my ability to set up and manage my own web-sites and affiliate programs.
Bottom line, the more I learned about the Renegade Network Marketer, I began to trust Ann and her words. Some of Ann’s more impressionable words resound over and over in my head, "Build your own website so that your prospects are yours, and that you own the business opportunity, not someone else." What a concept!
Ann lays it all out, and the Renegade University drives it home. The one thing I really like about this program is that no one is selling a Business Opportunity. Ann encourages everyone to use your creative spirit and venture into any Opportunity you want. Ann Sieg and Mike Klingler, of the Renegade University , are merely giving us the tools to create and manage our on-line business in terms of our own individual definitions of success.
These tools are to build a solid FOUNDATION upon which all good MLM ventures can thrive.
If you got all of this the first time, Great, if not, Read again. It just makes sense.
This past weekend I came across an article about The Renegade Network Marketer. I just want to make a few comments here.
The Renegade Network Marketer is an e-book written by Ann Sieg. We all know that and we also know that this e-book, when first out, was very controversial.
In this article it was stated that Ann Sieg and her e-book were a "scam."
Fortunately, I and many others have not felt this way about Ann's e-book. This e-book was enlightening to me and offered allot of information.
The article was not well written and did allot of ranting, but at the same time I feel that the person had not done her research and had not read the book.
It went on to blame Ann for being in several different businesses. As people in business for business I'm not sure why this would be wrong. It may that one of the businesses was not well run, I'm not sure on that.
So, is Ann a "scam" and in it just for herself? I do not think so, if she were she would not be sharing and guiding in the fashion that she is. But, business is business, so let's be honest here, we all want something for our efforts.
The article also was trying to save people from spending to much on the e-book. If the amount of the e-book is to much for the information received then return it. But, for the information you are receiving, the price is well justified.
I have certainly seen higher prices with less information.
Between The Renegade Network Marketer and The Renegade University, no where have I seen prices inflated to the point of not being reasonable and no without a guarantee.
When writing, do your research and state the facts. If you don't like how someone is doing business..stay away.
