Why Templates Help your Writing

In article writing there is a great emphasis placed on knowing you target market, using good keywords, knowing where to find good keywords, and keeping your article value based. And these are all very very important issues. But if you have no ideas or subjects to write on this can be very hard.
Templates offer you a way to start your outline. Having a beginning, a middle and an end. They help you to focus and help you come up with many different articles on one subject.
This past week I came across a template that was introduced in Ezine Articles called "Traps and How to Escape Them." This template is one that can be used over and over again. Providing you with endless ideas. I found it to be very powerful.
But with all good ideas be careful and make all your articles exciting and not just something that you are cranking out. Put some thought into the articles especially using a template that many will be using.
Here are a few guidelines to follow with any template. Guidelines that are driven home time and time again.
1.) Make sure the article fits your style
2.) Make sure you Speak to your reader
3.) You always want to be a solution provider. Solve their problems
4.) Capture their interestes
5.) Compel them to act (clicking your link.)
Another way to look for inspiration for your writing is to go to Google.com Alerts and type in your niche market area and see what others are writing. Google will give you e-mail alerts to new articles written in your niche area. Get the ideas and do your own thing. Many of the articles are on ideas that you may have had and just didn't put them on paper.
Another quick way to check how many views certain phrases or words are getting just go to google.com. Here you are able to research the top sites in your niche. It also helps with coming up with a catchy title using your keywords.
Article writing and article marketing are very powerful tools to use. Tools that definitely will help your business.
