This is a thought that went through my mind this past weekend when I happen upon a happening at a clothing store.

Evidently, people were willing to wait a long time to recieve the clothing they wanted and get the discount Because I know that the first time through, I waited 30 minutes and the second time, yes the second time, I waited 20 minutes.

Were we all crazy?

Knowing and Understanding Your Customer Allows You to Provide Good Customer Service

Knowing and Understanding your customer allows you the opportunity to provide good customer service. Why is this so Important?

Having your own business is so challenging and amazingly rewarding.. But if you aren't focusing yourself on your customer and servicing them well, your business could be in trouble.

Understanding the customers needs is of utmost importance. Knowing how the are using your product or service and why they have chosen you over your competition is knowing about your customer's life...at work, at home and wherever your product or service is used.

How does your customer view value?

Network Marketing Customer Service

Network Marketing Customer Service is something that many people don't understand or are maybe just beginning to find the value in it.

I can remember when Customer Service was key. The price was not so much an issue as long as I was being taken care of, and the product was of the best Quality. If I needed to return it I could, even after using it. I even had a caring Human Being to talk with.

But, in network marketing, for many years now, the emphasis has been product, price and quantity.

For many years now society has become a society of consumption. "The quicker I can get it the better." No matter how you get it, or who sent it to you, the person on the other end may as well be a robot.

The internet has taken allot of the customer service out of our day to day buying. We buy and sell online without ever communicating with a soul.
