The Perfect Business for Today

Could the Perfect Business for Today be Internet Network Marketing?

Today I came across a great article by an amazing author about "The Perfect Business for Today." The reason I found this article interesting is because I am always asking people what they think is the perfect business.

Many come up with owning their own business, such as retail, being their own boss. Some say real estate, or consulting. Some are looking at their jobs as their business, Editors, doctors, nurses; etc. In a down economy you know which businesses are not doing very well and which businesses are. So it would be safe to say the retail and real estate and being an editor of a newspaper are not neccessarily the safest of business or jobs.

So to make a long story short I would like to share with you the thoughts and ideas of Michael Masterson and Richard Russell.

Has your Engine Stalled in Your Internet Marketing Business?

Do you feel that you have stalled out in your Internet Marketing Business? It was so interesting but, just the othe day I was sent a very interesting e-mail about "Popping the clutch and stalling the engine."  It went on describing how he was taught to drive a vehicle with a clutch and how difficult it was so that he didn't have the engine stall on him.

Well it just brought back some crazy and fun memories for me about when I was teaching my two children how to drive a vehicle with a clutch.  You see in our family we had made a rule that in order to get a drivers license the first thing that the children had to do was learn to drive a clutch..  Ever driven one?  Everyone should know how. 

The first challenge was just getting out of the drive way.  Believe me in the beginning you really need to hang on and have nothing in the way.  Prepare for 'whip lash' and sore jaw and a bleeding tongue.  The tongue is bitten to keep the thoughts to yourself.  Then once that is mastered we ventured to the 'big hill.'

Income through Network Marketing

In the past, people of retirement age, would probably not be looking for income through network marketing as another avenue of income.  But, as our economy continues to shrink so do our retirement dollars.  Baby Boomers that are in their mid forties have the other challenge of dwindling social security and the uncertainty of tomorrow, while still trying to raise families and face ever increasing college tuition.

Many people retiring now can expect to have some financial difficulty from now on.  Because if you plan to begin to draw at least 6% from your retirement fund now, you may run out.  This is not going to keep up with the increasing expenses surrounding us.  Most of us will have to do something and something soon. 

There are many many opportunities out there but, there are not many that would still allow you to be at home or with family at any given time.  Which for me, is what retirement is all about and for the younger boomer, imagine being at home with your family while they are still home working in network marketing.

To many the mere mention of MLM or Multi-level Marketing will send one running in the opposite direction.  And, the word network marketing or homebased business may just perk up curiosity.  Well,  to me they are virtually one in the same, they all need people to be successful and they all require sales and your special skill.
